Transnational Municipal Network
Project results will be upscaled through municipal clusters, and the created Transnational Municipal Collaborative Network as Community of practice. The Transnational Municipal Network for cooperation will ensure sustainability after the project end by showcasing successful use and upgrading of existing data and decision support tools, simplified planning methodologies and new financial schemes. Collaborative thematic events on national and European level will boost market replication and upscaling.
Transnational Municipal Network
A Transnational Expert Group (TEG) will be formed by prominent experts from each partner country, who will advise the Local Working Groups on the technical, financial, social, and environmental aspects of the Clean Energy Transition. TEG will facilitate the deployment of targeted investments provided by the European Structural and nvestment Funds (ESIF) and IFIs along with being available to nearby municipalities grouped into territorial clusters for further replication and capitalisation.
