Our team is working to assess the State-of-Play in each of the 6 municipal pilots:
📌Ormož, Slovenia
📌Dryanovo, Bulgaria
📌Tito, Italy
📌Ponferrada, Spain
📌Antunovac, Croatia
📌Albstadt, Germany
….identifying key market stakeholders and evaluating institutional capacity for Integrated Climate and Energy Plans.
Key efforts include:
▶️Gathering baseline data on legislation, planning, and implementation measures
▶️Identifying key public & private actors
▶️Establishing Local Working Groups for knowledge-sharing
▶️Conducting a Self-Assessment Report to map and analyze the five thematic areas in pilot municipalities

What’s next?
📍Institute of Methodologies for Environmental Analysis (CNR-IMAA), leading this work package, has reviewed all Climate and Energy Plans, using a transparent EURO-LCP Initiative methodology.
📍A GAP analysis will highlight barriers and provide policy recommendations to drive climate-energy transition!

Therefore, a comprehensive set of key performance indicators has been identified and will be used to characterise existing plans according to common and transparent criteria.
