From 11 to 13 june, Helena Maripuu and Elis Vollmer, both of them Project managers from our partnerย @unitartuย , attended the Stand C-6, titled โSustainable Revolution and Clean Energy Transition in Central and Eastern Europeโ.
During EUSEW they held informal meetings with companies from the private sector, third sector (NGO’s), academia etc. Many of them showed their interest in the LOCAL GoGREEN project and expressed their willingness to follow its evolution through dissemination channels (web, social media…). Also, they were interested in the organisations behind the LOCAL GoGREEN project, which were also introduced.
With over 2,000 visitors (4,558 online visitors), more than 400 inspiring speakers, four impactful plenary sessions, 61 engaging policy sessions, 50+ exhibitors at the Energy Fair, and 111 Sustainable Energy Days celebrated worldwide, EUSEW 2024 has truly been a remarkable journey!!.
The main goal of the LOCAL Go GREEN is to empower local authorities for accelerating the #CETย (#cleanenergytransition). The project will use an innovative bottom-up approach delivering need-specific capacity building to local authorities in pilot municipalities in 6 regions: Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Italy and Spain for integrated climate and energy planning (ICEP).
